What about Returns?
Due to the high cost of manufacture Physicians Direct and Thindoctor do not offer returns on opened items. If an item has NOT been opened, at the discretion of Physicians Direct they may take returns on a case by case basis. All Returns are subjected to any postage and handling charges and a $12 restocking fee. At the discretion of Physicians Direct they may elect to offer a trade of one of their other products. Any opened items that are returned as unopened will be charged a $50 fee for processing. DO NOT attempt to send any product back without first calling Physicians Direct at 407-354-0001 to discuss whether a return may be acceptable. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
